It is a program with the longest tradition and the greatest achievements among initiatives supporting Polish education. It has an innovative formula based on the gamification mechanism. It is also a part of a modern CSR 2.0 strategy.
We are constantly responsible for the "Tesco for Schools" since 2010. We are coordinating the whole project, that includes: developing the strategy using the gamification mechanism, supervising the contest, creating the website and visual communication, running the contest office, media relations, organizing the final gala and distributing the prizes. So far, we have educated primary and secondary school children, their parents and teachers not to waste food – we have taught ecology and healthy eating. Every year, the program engages several hundred of Polish schools, and gets warm and positive public reaction. Each edition of Tesco for Schools has a real impact on school children, their parents and teachers attitude and way of thinking.
